Cancellation Policy
Policy of Admission
- All the students should submit the necessary details at the time of admission.
- There is no policy of concession based on recommendation except merit-based or scholarship test based if applicable.
- The services opted for are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The details of the student collected at the time of enrolment can be used by the institute for its purpose.
- In case the part fee was collected, the student shall pay the remaining amount within 10 days of payment of the first installment. The Institute reserves the right to discontinue services if the installment is not paid beyond the above-mentioned period.
- The Institute reserves the right to make changes to its services if required.
- The institute employs no refund policies for its services and there is no right to seek a refund by the students after joining the services.
- If there is any cancellation of service from those mentioned at the time of joining, the amount to be refunded is at the discretion of the institute.
- The material supplied to the student is our copyright and is meant for use by himself/herself only. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the contents of the website and/or our products, or remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary notices from the contents of the website and/or our products.
- Students are expected to display cordial behavior with fellow students, teachers, and other staff members. Institute reserves the right to discontinue services in case of proven allegations regarding inappropriate behavior.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+a5ac6a6850f040f4bb67efc8cede4cca@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
